All orders received by 2 pm (EST) Monday – Thursday will be shipped the same day if gift selection is available. After 2pm (EST) the order will be process and shipped the following business day. Order's placed on Friday's or weekends will not be process until Monday.
NOTE: During the holidays season orders placed will not ship same day it could take up to 2 days depending on existing orders already in process for shipping.
We ship Fed Ex ground unless requested, if you need expedited shipping service please call (305) 949-2989 for pricing.
Signature required as "PROOF OF DELIVERY" on all Adult Gifts must be 21 years old.
Also, we may require direct signature on residential deliveries at times.
If no one is at home when Fed Ex attempts to deliver a Fed Ex tag will be left on the door that an attempt was made and instructions to retrieve the package.
- No shipping on Fridays, Weekends or Holidays.
- We ship only within the United States.
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Military Addresses.
- We do not ship to hotels or hospitals.
The shipping cost is determined by the weight, size, and zip code destinations.
Fed Ex shipping ground delivery is 5 to 7 business days depending on delivery location (weekends, holidays not included).
Shipping charges and Sales tax are not included in the gift basket price.
NOTE: No refunds on shipping charges.
An additional charge will incur if a package is delayed or returned due to an incorrect address. If we find that we are at fault in sending a package incorrectly we will not charge the additional fee to you.
No refunds on gift baskets that are refused and return to us.
REFUND-POLICY: You may return new, unopened items within 10 days of delivery for a refund excluding shipping charges. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
