Shipping Policy

At Joyce's Baskets we are committed to ensuring a smooth and satisfactory shipping experience for our valued customers. Please review our shipping policy to understand the terms and conditions associated with the delivery of our delightful gift baskets.

Order Processing and Shipment:

  • All orders received by 1 pm (EST) Monday – Thursday will be shipped the same day, provided the selected gift is available.
  • Orders received after 1 pm (EST) will be processed and shipped the following business day.-
  • Orders placed on Fridays or weekends will be processed starting the following Monday.

Holiday Season Note:
During the holiday season, orders may not ship the same day and could take up to 2 or 3 days, depending on the volume of existing orders already in the shipping process.

Shipping Methods:
We primarily use FedEx Ground for shipping unless an alternative method is requested.

Signature Requirements:
A signature is required as "PROOF OF DELIVERY" for all Adult Gifts, and the recipient must be 21 years old. We may also require a direct signature on residential deliveries at times.
If no one is at home during a FedEx delivery attempt, a tag will be left with instructions to retrieve the package.

Shipping Limitations:

  • No shipping on Fridays, weekends, or holidays.
  • We ship only within the United States.-
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Military Addresses.
  • Shipments to hotels or hospitals are not available.

Shipping Details:
Shipping charges, sales tax, and delivery times are not included in the gift basket price.
FedEx ground delivery typically takes 5 to 7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Shipping Fees:
No refunds on shipping charges.
Additional charges may apply if a package is delayed or returned due to an incorrect address. However, if we are at fault, we will not charge an additional fee.
