Local Hand Delivery

We offer a gift basket delivery service next day that includes local hand delivery within our designated delivery zip code area, provided there are no restrictions. Deliveries are available Monday through Friday, from 12:30 pm to 4:30 pm. If you need expedited delivery, please contact us at (305) 949-2989 for pricing information.

Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable. In the event that a recipient is unavailable during the confirmed delivery day, a re-delivery fee will be applied for another delivery attempt.

Delivery Charges

The delivery charges are based on city and zip code. If your gift delivery is available for local hand delivery it will appear in the checkout under "Shipping Method" as Local Delivery Zone. Otherwise, your gift will be shipped FedEx ground unless you request overnight or any other shipping needs. Please call for pricing (305) 949-2989

Home Delivery

To ensure a successful delivery, we will contact your recipient in advance to confirm their availability. Once contact has been made, we will schedule the gift basket delivery accordingly. Please note that we require a signature as proof of delivery. If no one is available to receive the delivery during the confirmed time, a re-delivery fee will be applied.

We cannot provide an exact delivery time, but if you need the gift basket delivered urgently, we offer a rush delivery service for an additional fee. For further details on pricing, please contact us at (305) 949-2989.

NOTE: No Gift Baskets will be left outside a residential home. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Secured Gated Communities/Condo Front Desk Delivery:

For gift basket deliveries to secured gated communities or condo front desks, a signature as proof of delivery is required. Once the delivery has been signed for, Joyce's Baskets considers the order to be fulfilled. We cannot be held responsible for any loss, theft or non-delivery of the gift basket.

Please note that under no circumstances will gift baskets be left outside residential homes, without exception. If the recipient is not available to sign for the delivery after we have confirmed with them, a re-delivery fee will apply. Please be advised that delivery charges are non-refundable.

Local Hotel Deliveries

For gift basket deliveries to local hotels, we deliver directly to the Concierge Desk, Guest Services, or Bell Captains Desk. To confirm successful delivery, Joyce's Baskets requires a signature, along with the date and time, at the delivery location. Once the delivery has been signed for, we consider the order to be fulfilled.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any loss, theft, or non-delivery of the gift basket by hotel staff after it has been delivered and signed for. Unfortunately, we have no control over what happens after the gift basket has been delivered to the designated area.

Office Deliveries: All gift basket deliveries require a signature as "Proof of Delivery" once signature, date and time has been established we consider the order to be complete. We will not be held liable for lost, stolen or not delivered to the recipient.

Local hand gift delivery area: Aventura, Bal Harbor, Bay Harbor Islands, Biscayne Park, Coral Gables, Dania Beach, Golden Beach, Hallandale Beach, Hialeah, Hialeah Gardens, Hollywood FL, Medley, Miami, Miami Beach, Miami Gardens, Miami Lakes, Miami Shores, Miami Springs, Miramar, North Bay Village, North Miami, North Miami Beach, Opa Locka, South Beach, Sunny Isles, Sweetwater, Virginia Gardens.

Zip codes that fall outside of our local delivery area will be shipped via FedEx ground.
