Local Hand Delivery
We offer local gift basket delivery service. Your gift delivery address and zip code must be within our local hand delivery area and with no restrictions. We delivery daily Monday - Friday 12:30 pm - 4:30 pm. If you need rush delivery, please call for pricing at (305) 949-2989.
No refunds on delivery charges, if not one is available after we have confirmed a delivery day with your recipient, a re-delivery fee will occur for another delivery day.
The delivery charges are based on city and zip code. If your gift delivery is available for local hand delivery it will appear in the checkout under "Shipping Method" as Local Delivery Zone. Otherwise, your gift will be shipped FedEx ground unless you request overnight or any other shipping needs. Please call for pricing (305) 949-2989
Your recipient will be called prior to the delivery. Once contact has been made with your recipient the gift basket order will be scheduled for delivery. We require" Signature Proof of Delivery", if no one is available after we have confirmed with your recipient the scheduled for the delivery an additional re-delivery fee will occur.
We cannot give you an exact time for your gift basket delivery. If you choose, you may request a rush delivery for an additional fee. Please call for pricing at (305) 949-2989.

Secured Gated Communities/Condo Front Desk Delivery:
All gift baskets deliveries require a Proof of Signature Delivery when they are delivered to the Concierges or Security Desk of these complexes. Once signature is obtained at the delivery location Joyce's Baskets considers the order to be complete. We will not be held responsible for lost, stolen, or not delivered to the recipient.
NOTE: No Gift Baskets will be left outside a residential home. NO EXCEPTIONS. A re-delivery fee will occur if no one is available to sign for the basket after we have confirmed with your recipient. No refunds on delivery charges.
Local Hotel Deliveries: All gift baskets are delivered directly to one of these designated areas Concierge Desk, Guest Services or Bell Captains Desk. Joyce's Baskets requires "Signature Proof of Delivery", Date and Time at the delivery location once this is established, we consider the order to be complete. We will not be responsible for lost, stolen, or not delivered to the guest by hotel staff. We cannot control what happens after the gift basket has been delivered and signed for by the hotel staff.
Office Deliveries: All gift basket deliveries require a signature as "Proof of Delivery" once signature, date and time has been established we consider the order to be complete. We will not be held liable for lost, stolen or not delivered to the recipient.
Local hand gift delivery area: Aventura, Bal Harbor, Bay Harbor Islands, Biscayne Park, Coral Gables, Dania Beach, Golden Beach, Hallandale Beach, Hialeah, Hialeah Gardens, Hollywood FL, Medley, Miami, Miami Beach, Miami Gardens, Miami Lakes, Miami Shores, Miami Springs, Miramar, North Bay Village, North Miami, North Miami Beach, Opa Locka, South Beach, Sunny Isles, Sweetwater, Virginia Gardens.
Some zip codes are outside our local hand delivery area and will be shipped FedEx ground.
