At Joyce’s Baskets, every gift is handcrafted and made to order. We are committed to providing a smooth and reliable shipping experience.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Thursday), based on order volume and product availability.
Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will begin processing on Monday.
Shipping Schedule
We ship Monday through Thursday only.
We do not ship on Fridays, weekends, or federal holidays to prevent packages from sitting in transit.
Holiday Season
During peak holiday periods, processing times may extend to 2–3 business days due to increased order volume.
We recommend placing holiday orders early to ensure timely delivery.
Shipping Methods
We primarily ship via FedEx Ground unless an alternative method is requested.
FedEx Ground delivery typically takes 5–7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Signature Requirements
A signature is required as proof of delivery for all adult gifts. The recipient must be 21 years or older where applicable.
In certain cases, a direct signature may also be required for residential deliveries.
If no one is available during delivery, FedEx will leave instructions for retrieval or re-delivery.
Shipping Limitations
• We ship within the United States only.
• We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses.
• We do not ship to hotels or hospitals.
Shipping Charges & Delivery
Shipping charges, sales tax, and delivery times are not included in the gift price and are calculated at checkout.
Delivery dates are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Additional fees may apply if a package is delayed, returned, or re-routed due to an incorrect or incomplete address. If the error is ours, no additional charges will apply.
Product Substitutions
We do not ship chocolates. A comparable item of equal value may be substituted when necessary.
