§         Orders received by 2 pm (EST) Monday – Thursday will be shipped the same day.

§         Orders received after 2 pm (EST) will be shipped the following business day.

§         Shipping days are Monday – Thursday with no shipping on Fridays, Weekends or Holidays.

§         We ship only within the United States

§         We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Military Addresses 

§         All baskets are shipped via ground unless otherwise requested by the customer.

§          The shipping cost is determined by the weight size of the basket, the zip code destination and   handling charges.

§         Shipping delivery is 3 –5 business days (weekends, holidays not included).

§         Shipping charges and Sales tax (if appl) are not included in the basket price. Shipping charges are not refundable or local delivery charges .

§         An additional charge will incur if a package is delayed or returned due to an incorrect address. If we find that we are at fault in sending a package incorrectly we will not charge the additional fee to you.

      No refunds on gift baskets that are refused and return back to us at the address location. 

§         Florida residents will be charged 7% sales tax.

           NOTE:   We do not ship chocolates during the summer months and will subsitute 

                        them for and equal or greater value.
