Q: What happens when I place my order?

A: Once your order has been successfully placed, it will be processed within 24-48 hours. We will then schedule the delivery of your package via local hand delivery or FedEx shipping.

Q: When will my order ship?

A:Orders placed by 2pm (EST) from Monday to Thursday will be processed and scheduled for shipping on the same day. Orders placed after 2pm will be scheduled for shipping on the following day. Please note that during holiday peak seasons, extra shipping time may be required.

If you would like to request overnight, 2nd, or 3rd day shipments, please email us or contact our office at (305) 949-2989 for pricing information.

Q: Do you offer local hand delivery?

A:Yes, we offer local hand delivery as long as your gift delivery address and zip code fall within our designated local delivery radius without any restrictions. Our local delivery service operates Monday to Friday from 12:30pm to 4:30pm. If your delivery location falls outside of our delivery radius, please contact us via email or phone at (305) 949-2989 to discuss alternative delivery options.

Q: What is your local hand delivery charge?

A: Delivery charges are not included in the basket cost. Delivery fees are based on city and zip code in which the gift is being delivered. Please make sure your delivered address is correct before placing an order.(NOTE: No Refunds on Delivery fee/Shipping Fee) .

Q: Do you offer same day delivery?

A: Same day deliveries may not be available, please call (305) 949-2989 by 11:00am (EST) for options and pricing before placing your order.

Q: Can I pick up my gift order at your location?

A:There is no pick-up option available at our location as Joyce's Baskets is an online gifting company. We provide the convenience of local hand delivery of gifts directly to the recipient's home, office,or hotel.

Q: Do you ship/deliver to Hospitals?

A: Sorry we, do not hand delivery or ship to hospitals.

Q: Do you offer local delivery to universities and colleges?

A: No, unfortunately, we do not offer local delivery to universities and colleges. All of our gift packages are shipped via FedEx ground to ensure timely and secure delivery.

Q: Do you ship/deliver to Hotels?

A: We do not ship individual gifts to hotels. We hand deliver gifts to the local hotels in our delivery area.

Q: Can I add items to my gift and make it a custom?

A: Absolutely! We love designing unique gifts for anyone and everyone. Custom gifting starts at $150.00. We do personal shopping for items we do not have on our shop. There is a charge for cost of the item(s) plus a $15.00 will be shopping fee. Please email us  or contact our office (305-) 949-2989 to discuss your gifting needs.

Q: Can I add a personalized note to my gift?

A: Yes! Once you've added your gift to the shopping cart you will see a box that says, "Gift Card Message".

Q: Are your gift baskets pre-made ahead of time?

A: Absolutely Not! Our gift baskets create upon demand-when an order is placed products are pulled from the shelves to create your gift. This ensure us that each gift basket is made with care and the freshest products are used. We do not believe in pre-made gift baskets produce ahead of time.

Q: How long does gourmet food products stay fresh?

A: The freshness of our gourmet food products varies depending on the specific product. Each product comes with an expiration date listed on the packaging. We recommend consuming the product within 30 days for the best taste and quality.

Q: Do you ship chocolates?

A: We do not ship chocolates in any gift baskets. Chocolates will be replaced with candies, cookies, snacks, and other gourmet products.

Q: Can I cancel my order?

A: You may cancel your order within 24 hours either by email or contact our office at (305) 949-2989. If your order has been process and enroute via local hand delivery or shipped we cannot cancel your order. No refunds or exchanges.

Q: Can you handle large volume Corporate orders?

A: Yes, our corporate gift services department is just an email or phone call away. We will be pleased to help assist you with your project. Our corporate design team is here to help make gifting easy. We offer custom printed ribbon and personalized message cards. Lead time on large volume orders is 7 to 10 business days. It is best to get your order request in as soon as possible.

Q: Do you substitute products?

A: We are committed to providing the best gifts, but occasionally substitutions may be necessary due to availability. We reserve the right to substitute any item featured on our website with an equally exciting product of equal value. If a substitution is made, we take great pride in ensuring that the gift is of equal or greater value and will use our very best efforts to ensure that your gift recipient is very pleased with the quality and presentation of the gift.

A: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST. Saturday 10:00am - 3:00pm. Orders placed on the weekends will be processed the following business day. Holiday Hours: We are closed on all major Holidays.

Q: Can I send gifts to recipients in multiple locations?

A: Absolutely! Our website offers a convenient "multiple shipping address" option at checkout, allowing you to send gifts to different locations with ease. If you're placing a large order of 25 gifts or more with multiple shipping locations, please reach out to us directly via email or phone at (305) 949-2989 so we can assist you with the process.
