What happens when I place my order on the website?
Upon successfully completion your order it will be process within 24 hours and scheduled for local hand delivery or nationwide shipping.
NOTE: During the peak Christmas holiday season we do not offer same day delivery. You will receive and email when your order will be delivered or shipped.

Can I pick my gift basket order?
Sorry, we do not offer pickup from our location. We offer same day local hand delivery service and nationwide shipping.
Do you offer same day delivery?
Yes, we offer same day local hand delivery when the order is placed by telephone or online by 11:00 am (est). Local hand delivery is determined by zip code zones. Once you have chosen “Florida” enter the zip code for the gift basket delivery. It will appear under shipping method as “Hand Delivery Zone”. If this message does not appear the gift basket order will be shipped to the location address.
How long does it take for my order to be local hand delivered?
Local hand deliveries are usually scheduled for the next business day unless otherwise specified. However, this is may not be possible during the major holiday season. Our normal delivery scheduled is 11:00 am - 4:30 pm Monday through Friday.
(NOTE: We cannot give you an exact time for your basket delivery. If you choose, you may request "RUSH Delivery" WEEKEND Delivery" for an additional fee. Please call for pricing.
Do you ship to Hospitals?
No, we do not ship to any hospitals. We hand delivery locally to hospitals in the Miami and Ft. Lauderdale areas.
Are your gift basket pre-made ahead of time?
Our gift baskets are created upon demand - when a order is placed they are created in our facility in the USA. We do not believe in pre-made gift baskets procedure ahead of time. This ensure that each basket is made with care and the freshest products are used.
Will I get a invoice?
You will receive and invoice if you placed your order by telephone. If your order is placed online you can print your order receipt for your records.

Can you handle large volume Corporate orders?
Absolutely! Our corporate gift services department is a just a phone call away or you may e-mail us your request and we will be pleased to assist you with your order. You will be assigned a gift professional to work with you on your project from start to finish. We also provide imprint ribbon with your company for an additional fee. A 50% non-refundable deposit will be required on all large volume orders. Lead time on large volume order 7 to 10 business days. During the major holiday season it may take long due to the workload. It is best to get your order request in as soon as possible.
Fruit Gift Baskets:
Our fruit gift baskets are made fresh each and every order we offer NO REFUNDS, CREDITS or EXCHANGES. For residential deliveries we contact your recipient prior to scheduling to ensure that someone will be home and available to "Sign as Proof of Delivery. Upon this confirmation with your recipient that someone will be available, your fruit basket will be created and scheduled for delivery on the date we confirmed with your recipient that someone will be at the resident to sign proof of delivery. A re-delivery fee will occur if no one is available to sign for proof of delivery.
- NOTE: Absolutely, No Fruit Basket or any other Gift Baskets will be left outside a residential home. NO EXCEPTIONS!
How will I know if my order has been shipped?
You will receive an e-mail with tracking number for your shipment. We ship all packages Fed Ex ground with signature required for "Proof of Delivery" on residential addresses. We ship gift baskets Monday through Thursday. If you need shipping service "Overnight" or Express" please call our office for pricing.
Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order within 24 our by calling our office at (305) 949-2989 or email us at email@example.com. If your order has been process and en-route to be local hand delivered or shipped we are unable to honor your request to cancel.
NOTE: NO refunds, exchanges or cancellations on Custom Gift and Fresh Fruit Baskets.
Local hand delivery charges
Delivery charges are in addition to the cost of the gift basket. We hand deliver in Miami and Ft. Lauderdale. Delivery fee is based on city and zip code in which your basket is being hand delivered. You will be charge a re-delivery fee is the address you provided is incorrect. We offer same day. NOTE: NO REFUNDS ON DELIVERY CHARGES
