Credit Card Fraud
Credit card fraud is a very serious federal offense and we will aggressively pursue anyone attempting to misuse a credit card number either on the website or by phone. It is our right to cancel, delay or request additional information should we decide and order is suspicious or fraudulent.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt.
Substitution
On occasion products or containers may become unavailable or discontinued from supplier therefore we reserved the right to make substitutions with an items of equal of greater value.
Custom Gift Orders
All custom gift basket orders require a 50% NON
REFUNDABLE deposit. These baskets are tailored to your specification of food and non-food items and designed as per your request and a signed contract is required before processing your order.
Large Volume Orders
Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for large volume orders to be completed. It is extremely important that you allow us time to create your baskets in a timely manner. A 50% NON REFUNDABLE deposit is required along with a signed contract.
Cancellation
Because orders are processed within 24 hours cancellations must be received immediately. Once order has been process and on its way for shipping or local hand delivery it can not be cancelled. Customers are responsible for contacting Joyce's Something Special at 305-949-2989 1~800-385-8045. (NOTE: e-mails are not accepted as a form of cancellation).
Returns/Damaged Baskets
Every order is carefully inspected prior to shipping we do our best to ensure your gift arrives in perfect condition. Any claims for return basket or damaged baskets must be reported within 24 hours of delivery so that a claim ticket can be issued. If the original packaging shows obvious signs of damage refuse delivery and for any return baskets all products & items must be included basket and contact us immediately at 305-949-2989 ~ 800-385-8045. Shipping charges are not refundable.
NOTE: If shipment is in transit and several attempts have been made by Fed Ex for delivery and no one is home to signed for the delivery Fed Ex will return shipment back to us. In this case there is a 50% returning fee and shipping charges are not refundable.
