Local Delivery Policy
Local Hand Delivery Same Day Policy:
If your order is place on the website or by telephone before 11:00 am (est) it will be scheduled for local hand delivery same day provided that your gift selection has no restrictions. Local hand delivery schedule for same day are Monday – Friday 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm only. Local hand delivery cost is determined by zip code zones.
During the major Holiday Season " Thanksgiving Day, Christmas, Hanukkah" same day delivery may or may not be available. Please call if you need same day service.
Once you have chosen “Florida” as the state enter the zip code for the gift basket delivery. It will appear under shipping method as “Hand Delivery Zone” this method determines your order will be hand delivered.
If this message appears "Ship By Weight" your gift basket order will be shipped to the location address you have provided on your order.
We cannot give you an exact time for your gift basket delivery. If you choose, you may request Rush Delivery or Weekend Delivery for an additional fee. Please call for pricing at (305) 949-2989.
NOTE: No refunds on delivery charges
Home Gift Delivery:
Your recipient will be called prior to the delivery. Once contact has been made with your recipient the gift basket order will be process and scheduled for delivery. We require “Signature Proof of Delivery” if no one is available after we have confirmed the scheduled day and time for the delivery an additional re-delivery fee will occur.
- NOTE: Absolutely, No Gift Baskets will be left outside a residential home. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Secured Gated Communities/Condo Front Desk Delivery:
All gift baskets deliveries requires a “Proof of Signature Delivery” when they are delivered to the “Concierges or Security Desk” of these complexes. Once signature is obtain at the delivery location Joyce’s Baskets considers the order to be complete. We will not be held responsible for lost, stolen, or not delivered to the recipient.
NOTE: Absolutely, No Gift Baskets will be left without “Proof of Signature Delivery" outside of a resident’s home. A re-delivery fee will occur if no one is available to sign for the basket after we have confirmed with your recipient. No refunds on delivery charges.
Office Gift Delivery:
No gift basket will be left at any office without a signature of "Proof of Delivery". If no one is available the basket will not be left and a re-delivery fee will occur.
Local Hotel Deliveries:
All gift baskets are delivered directly to one of these designated areas Concierge Desk, Guest Services or Bell Captains Desk. Joyce’s Baskets requires “Signature Proof of Delivery, Date and Time” at the delivery location once this is established we consider the order to be complete. We will not be responsible for lost, stolen or not delivered to the guest by hotel staff. We cannot control what happens after the gift basket has been delivered and signed for by the hotel.
Fruit Gift Baskets:
Our fruit gift baskets are made fresh each and every order we offer NO REFUNDS, CREDITS or EXCHANGES. For residential deliveries we contact your recipient prior to scheduling to ensure that someone will be home and available to "Sign as Proof of Delivery. Upon this verbal confirmation with your recipient that someone will be available, your fruit basket will be created and scheduled for delivery, on the date we confirmed with your recipient that someone will be at the resident to sign proof of delivery. A re-delivery fee will occur if no one is available to sign for proof of delivery.
- NOTE: Absolutely, No Fruit Basket or any other Gift Baskets will be left outside a residential home. NO EXCEPTIONS!
NOTE: We do not ship chocolates during the summer months, we will substitute for and equal or greater value.
