§     What happens when I place my order on your website?

Upon successfully completing your order please print and keep your receipt with the order number if you need to contact us at 305-949-2989 ~ 800-385-8045. 

 

§        What methods of payments do you accept?

We accept Visa – MasterCard - American Express – Discover Card

 

§        Is my online credit card purchase safe?

Yes - statistically it is safer to use your credit card over the internet than in a department store or restaurant.

 

§        How do I get a copy of my invoice?

You will receive your  invoice via e-mail once your order has been delivered. 

 

§        When will my credit card be charged for my purchase?

All orders placed either over the internet or by phone will be processed prior to local delivery or nationwide shipping. If your card is decline your order will not be process and you will be contacted by our customer service department.

 

§         Can I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order within 24 hours  by calling (800) 385-8045. If your order is already en route to be delivered or shipped we are unable to honor your request to cancel. NOTE: No refunds, exchanges or cancellations on Custom Gift orders once approved and on Fruit Gift Baskets. Please see review below our policy on "RESIDENTIAL HOME DELIVERIES"

§         Can I get a Custom Basket Order?

We are delighted to create a custom basket tailored for your needs. Call us at (800)385-8045 to discuss your gifting needs.

 

§        Can you handle large Volume Corporate or Personal Orders?

Absolutely! Our corporate gift services department is just a phone call away (800-385-8045 and will be pleased to handle your request. You will be assigned a gift professional to process your request from start to finish. A 50% non-refundable deposit will be required on all large volume orders.

 

If you prefer you may e-mail us your request at joycebaskets@gmail.com . A gift service professional will be assigned to your order and contact you via e-mail or by telephone to discuss your gifting needs. For an additional fee, we can also give your gifts a more personal touch - by imprinting the ribbon with your company name and logo. Lead time on large orders varies during the holiday seasons.

 

§       Sales Tax

7% Florida sales tax.

 

§        Local Hand Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are in addition to the cost of the gift basket. We hand deliver by courier in the local area. Delivery charges are based on the city and zip code in which your basket is being hand delivered.Please check your delivery information before submitting your order. You will be charged a re-delivery fee if an incorrect address is given. We offer same day-rush-nights and weekend delivery service, please call our for pricing  (800) 385-8045. 

 

§         What are my Shipping Charges?

To keep the cost of shipping down, we ship Fed-Ex ground unless otherwise requested. If you choose to ship next day air-2nd day- 3rd day please contact us for shipping prices at (800) 385-8054. See our shipping page for more details. 

 

Do you Ship to Hospitals?

Due to hospital mailroom delays and unexpected early patient discharges, we do not ship gift baskets to hospitals. We hand deliver locally to all hospitals in the South Florida area.

   §    Do you offer International Shipping?

We are sorry, but at this time we do not ship outside of the United States . However, should you need gift services for international. Please call (800) 385-8045.

 

§         How long does it take for my order to be local hand delivered?

Local hand deliveries are processed within 24 to 48 hours of receipt, unless otherwise specified. However, that may not be possible due to scheduling during the major hoiday season. Our normal local delivery schedule is 11:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday through Friday.

 

We cannot give you an exact time for your basket delivery. If you choose, you may request Same Day, Rush Delivery or Weekend Delivery for an additional fee. Please call for pricing (800)-385-8045.  

 

NOTE:  Gift Baskets deliveries made to residential homes will be called prior to delivery to ensure someone will be home. Once confirmation  has been received your order will be delivered. If no one is home after we have confirmed delivery schedule a re-delivery fee will occur. No deliveries will be left outside a resident home. No Gift Baskets will be left outside of a residential home.

 

§         How will I know if my order has been shipped?

You will receive an e-mail confirmation and tracking number of your shipment. Fed Ex ground shipments 3 to 5 business days depending on the destination. We ship Monday through Thursday.See our Shipping Page for more details. 

 

§       When is my gift basket made? Are they pre made ahead of time and stored until  purchased?

Our gift baskets are created ondemand - as our customers purchase them, they are created in our facility. We don’t believe in pre-made gift selections produced ahead of time. This ensures that each basket is made with care and the freshest products are used.

§        Local Fruit Basket and Gift Basket Deliveries to Residential Homes?

Because our fruit baskets are made fresh upon your order we offer no refunds, credits or exchanges on fruit baskets being delivered locally, we contact your recipient prior to the scheduled date of delivery to ensure that someone will be home and available to sign as proof of delivery. Upon this assurance that someone will be available, your fruit basket will be created and delivered the same day it is confirmed by your recipient. A re-delivery fee will occur if no one is available to sign for proof of delivery.

 

NOTE: All  Gift Baskets deliveries made to residential homes will be called prior to delivery to ensure someone will be home. Once confirmation  has been received your order will be delivererd. If no one is home after we have confirmed delivery schedule a re-delivery fee will occur. No deliveries will be left outside a resident home. No refunds on delivery charges.

 

§        Will I receive e-mails on specials that you offer?

If you give us permission to e-mail you from time to time, you will receive special promotions before they are actually put on our website.

 

We do not send our customers emails on a daily or weekly basis. We do not believe in sending mindless emails - to us that is a form of SPAMMING!

At any time you can choose to opt out from receiving special promotional emails. We respect the privacy of our customers.
